Mentorship Program

The PHRMA chapter invites you to participate in SHRM's E-Mentoring Program. Mentoring is a win-win proposition for everyone involved. Proteges gain from the experience and guidance of an HR veteran, while mentors enjoy the satisfaction of passing their wisdom and advice on to someone who can benefit from it. The SHRM E-Mentoring Program is designed to give mentors and proteges maximum flexibility in fostering their relationship. SHRM Staff will match mentors to proteges and make the initial introductions. A short evaluation will be sent at the one-month mark and again at the six month mark.

To learn more about the program and how to enroll, please access the SHRM E-Mentoring Program via The Volunteer Opportunities Center in the SHRM website, at http://www.shrm.org/volunteer/mentor.asp.
